Gerrard & Medd have undertaken a number of projects with BAA, the first being the planning and re-design of the Check-in Facility and Information Desk at Aberdeen Airport. From the success of that project we were commissioned to design the standardised Customer Desk System for BAA, which as part of a policy of standardisation is being installed throughout their seven airports. The project not only covers Check-in, but also encompasses all desk conditions from Gateroom and Sales to Car Hire and even temporary Security points.
