As part of their major redevelopment of The MacRobert Centre at the University of Stirling, the Appleton Partnership (Architects) invited Gerrard & Medd to assist in the interior design of the bars, restaurants and the children's theatre.

Haldane's Restaurant is the first to be completed and provides a self-service restaurant facility to students, staff and visitors to the University with wonderful views across Airthrey Loch.

Freestanding screens contain self-service units whilst controlling customer flow in this busy restaurant.
